Professor Michael Noble [ Honorary Professors and Research Fellows] Projects:  Strengthening Analytical Capacity and Evidence-based Decision Making [completed] Biographical sketch: Michael Noble is Professor of Social Policy, and a Fellow of Green Templeton College at the University of Oxford in the UK.
